Travel projects rooted in real places & real people.

BELONG SOMEWHERE NEW

We got tired of travelling past places instead of into them.

Every project we run is built around the people who make a destination real , not the highlights, not the itinerary. We travel for you to actually know a place. Long enough for it to feel, just a little, like yours.

That's what we're here for.

About La Siesta

We're Inés & Jakob. We met travelling, kept travelling, and somewhere along the way realised that the best parts of any trip were never in the guidebook , they were the people.

La Siesta Project is our way of sharing that.
